What sizes are available for Stoned Pony western wear?
We currently offer sizes from Small through 3XL in most hoodies and western t-shirts. Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you find your best fit. If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed style.
Because every item is made to order, please double-check our Size Guide before placing your order.
How should I wash my hoodie or tee?
Being a busy mum from coast to country, I've definitely put our own hoodies and tees through the test — countless washes, harsh Aussie sun on the line, even the dryer — and they're still going strong years later.
However, for best results, we recommend:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang dry inside out
- Avoid harsh bleaching or ironing directly on prints
Where are Stoned Pony products made?
We partner with trusted print-on-demand companies in Australia and internationally to ensure every piece of Stoned Pony Apparel is made to high standards and delivered responsibly. Our blank garments are sourced from ethical facilities in Bangladesh, Nicaragua, Honduras, and El Salvador, and printed locally in Australia (and worldwide) so our western wear and equestrian clothing can reach our community across the globe. This helps reduce shipping times and carbon footprint.

How long will shipping take within Australia and internationally?
Because we're a made-to-order brand using sustainable production, please allow a few extra days for production.
- Production Time: Typically, 2–5 business days.
- Shipping within Australia: Usually 2–8 business days after production.
From our own experience, some orders have arrived in under 7 days from checkout to your door (or stable!) 🚚✨ — but please note this isn't guaranteed, as production and carrier times can vary.

What if tracking says "Delivered" but I didn't receive my order?
If tracking shows your package as "Delivered," we're unable to provide a refund or free reshipment, as carriers mark it complete. Please check with neighbours, housemates, or your local Australia Post Office (or your local postal/delivery office outside of Australia), as packages are sometimes left in unexpected places. If the package can't be located, you may need to place a new order.
What happens if my order can't be delivered?
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we'll contact you. You will need to cover the cost of reshipping to the correct address. Please double-check your shipping details carefully at checkout.

Do you offer returns or exchanges on Stoned Pony apparel?
Because every item is made to order, we can't offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or accidental orders. Please double-check our Size Guide before ordering to avoid sizing issues.
If your hoodie or tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please email us at stonedponyapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue. Claims must be lodged no later than 14 days after delivery. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production very quickly after being placed, which means cancellations or changes can't usually be made once your order is confirmed. If you need help, email us at stonedponyapparel@gmail.com immediately after placing your order and we'll do our best to assist — but we cannot guarantee any adjustments.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout, and we'll send it directly to them. Perfect for horse lovers and western wear enthusiasts!

Do you release limited-edition items?
Yes! We'll be releasing limited edition pieces to raise awareness and funds for causes close to our heart — starting with supporting survivors of domestic violence and working towards building a refuge where women and their animals can stay safe together. As we grow, we'll also support important animal welfare causes.
