How does shipping work?

All our western wear and equestrian clothing is made to order, just for you. Once your item is printed and packed, it’s shipped straight to your door from the closest fulfillment centre to help reduce wait times and carbon emissions.

Shipping within Australia

We offer competitive, weight-based shipping rates across Australia.

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days (your item is custom made during this time)
  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Tracking: Included with every order
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight; starts at $12.95 AUD
  • FREE Shipping: On all orders over $100 AUD 🎉

Some orders may arrive in under a week from checkout to delivery — however, this is not guaranteed, as carrier times vary.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
  • Tracking: Included where available
  • Shipping Costs: Starting from $9.00 AUD for light items (UK) and $15.45 AUD for heavier items (US/Canada)
  • FREE International Shipping: On orders over $100 AUD (or equivalent)

Note: Import fees or customs charges may apply depending on your country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it within a few days, check your spam folder or contact us at stonedponyapparel@gmail.com.

Can I use a PO Box?

Some carriers (including FedEx) cannot deliver to PO Boxes. To avoid delays, we recommend using a physical street address whenever possible.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Orders

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?

Orders move into production quickly, which means address changes cannot usually be made once the order is submitted.

If you spot an error:

  • Email us immediately at stonedponyapparel@gmail.com
  • Use the subject line: URGENT – Address Update
  • Include your order number and correct address

If the order has already gone into production or shipped

Once an order has entered production, we’re unable to change the delivery address. If your order has already shipped, please contact Australia Post (or your local postal carrier if outside Australia) with your tracking number to request a redirect or delivery update.

If the carrier cannot redirect the parcel and it is returned to our fulfilment partner, a reshipment fee may apply.

Please double-check your address carefully at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for over 4 business days, contact us and we’ll check in with the carrier.

If tracking shows the order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbours
  • Check safe-drop locations
  • Contact your local Australia Post office (or your local carrier if outside Australia)

If the package cannot be located:
Our fulfilment partner typically does not cover replacements for packages marked as delivered. In these cases, a new order may need to be placed.
